Terms of Service — Suldor

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Suldor iOS application (Bundle ID com.suldor.iomp). By agreeing on the Login screen and using Quick Login, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Suldor is a personal tattoo try-on studio. You browse a local catalog of tattoo designs, attach a skin photo, optionally add notes, and generate a visual preview. A local companion named Kai answers placement, style, and aftercare questions from on-device text seeds.

Previews are visual studies only. They are not medical advice, permanent tattooing, or a substitute for a licensed tattoo artist.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Suldor.

2. Accounts

• Quick Login creates or reuses local credentials stored on your device.
• Sign Out clears the active session but keeps local credentials and studio data. After Sign Out, a cold start returns to Login (no auto-entry to Home).
• Delete Account permanently erases local account and studio data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not provide a separate cloud login provider (for example Sign in with Apple is not used in the current build).

3. Ink Drops and In-App Purchases

Ink Drops are a virtual currency used inside Suldor (for example, generate costs 15 Ink Drops). New studios may receive a one-time signup grant of Ink Drops on first Quick Login.

You may purchase Ink Drops packs through Apple In-App Purchase. The Drop Shop lists all packs (six fixed-price tiers plus bonus tiers) in price-ascending order using local catalog data. Product identifiers are used only for StoreKit and are not shown as SKUs in the shop UI.

Purchases are charged by Apple. Consumable Ink Drops are generally non-refundable except as required by Apple’s policies or applicable law. There is no Restore Purchases button for these consumables.

We do not process card payments ourselves.

4. User content and rights

You may upload skin photos, avatar images, voice notes, and text notes.

You represent that you have the right to use any image or recording you provide, and that your content does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

You grant us a limited license to process uploaded images on device and, when you request generation with Agnes configured, to transmit the skin photo, design reference, and prompt to Agnes solely to produce your preview.

Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, or infringing material.

5. AI generation

Tattoo previews may be produced by Agnes AI image models when an API key is configured, or by a local composite fallback. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use previews.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or abuse the App or its APIs beyond normal use
• Attempt to manipulate Ink Drops or StoreKit outside Apple’s systems
• Use the App for illegal purposes

We may terminate access on device by instructing you to delete data / the app if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Suldor, its branding, catalog presentation, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Catalog design images remain subject to their respective rights. Your uploads remain yours, subject to the license in Section 4.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Tattoo previews are illustrative only.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR PREVIEWS.

10. Termination

You may stop using Suldor at any time by signing out, deleting your account data, or deleting the app. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence and Apple’s App Store terms where they apply, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

14. User-generated content (UGC)

Suldor does not include a multi-user feed, public posts, comments, or social sharing network. Kai is a local consultant. Therefore a community UGC / Guideline 1.2 EULA pack for feeds does not apply to the current product. If a future version adds public UGC, these Terms will be updated with matching community standards.
